have a 1992 honda accord its got pioneer deh-p3800mp,infinity7541a for doors and reardeck  lightningaudio b4.250.2 to a rockford fosgate sub. I was replacing the passenger side door speaker and to make sure the one i was putting in worked i turned on the stereo it worked and before i turned it off I shorted the wires. now with the key on engine not running I get this whine. i replaced  the rc jacks hooked up stereo right to the battery. didn't seem to help put another deck in with the same luck  tried another amp inplace of the infinity still no luck with the noise. on the way to work one day I tried to see how bad it was with the engine running no noise seemed to be ok. after work on the way home it was back. moved my grounds with no luck. I do notice now when hooking up the ground to the car is sparks. im at a loss was starting to think maybe a relay of some kind or maybe the alt? was thinking someone had a ideal what it could be  I do know from now on I'm unhooking the battery
