 It can be put back in, it is just costly in those amplifiers.       Not many people understand that amps run on smoke.  They are all under the false impression that they run off of electricity.  This is not true.  The reason I know they run on smoke is that, if you let all of the smoke out, they quit working.

lol, my professor used to tell us that all the time.  "they run on smoke, if  you let the smoke out, they quit working." lol
