well the one that i did before this one i did power up the brown because as soon as you turn the ignition on, the car would start. just not the way it is supposed to work. but i am not a doctor.

Ya know Brent the DEI tech may be right.I have a 3.8L Caravan myself that i put a DEI RS in and used the injectore wire. It would start maost always but when i came out in the morning it wouldn't go. A little later it was fine. I moved it to the coil ans have never had a problem. I would at least try another source.

i have done dozens and dozens (and dozens) of C/K trucks and Trailblazer/Envoys and have never hooked up the brown Acc wire and have never had one come back with any issues.....

Well that is the last thing i should have tried. didnt think about it until after the car was already gone, but that could have solved it. dont know if that would have been the right thing to do, since you are supposed to hook up the brown acc 2 wire. but if it would have worked, i would have done it.
