I installed a autopage RS860 in my sons truck two years ago and have one question? The RED / white wire coming off the H2 5 pin plug seems to be getting to much current drawn through it making the connection melt the plug a little bit. My question is what could be causing this? I have the white wire from the same plug going up to the light switch brown wire for the parking lights. Thanks

Looked over all my connections again and found them to be adequate. I de-pinned the RED / white wire from the connector and crimped it down a little tighter thinking that might be the cause of the wire getting hot from arching. It sems to be working now.
