Are you talking about the vehicles horn or the alarm's siren? If you want the horn to honk whenever the alarm is arming/disarming and sounding then you would need two relays. First relay would be: 85 siren output from alarm(you can still leave your siren hooked up), 86 ground, 30 ground, 87 output to 30 of second relay. Second relay: 85 parking light from alarm, 86 ground, 30 output from 87 of first relay, 87 to negative trigger for horn. This will honk whenever the siren is on, when the lights flash. If all you want is the horn then you would just use a relay on the siren output(converting it to negative) and use the output to trigger the horn, and you would have to program the the siren output to be chopped.

The RED / white wire in the main harness is usually use for trunk release. Its negative output. If you need a positive output, you will need a relay.
