tried to use the 32 pin wiring harness, was working but would lose memory, and factory alarm would go off sometimes when i would go to start it. and the key fob wouldnt work sometimes with it hooked up. i know that i should have used the gmrc-03 but was expensive, and now look at what i have myself into. i was told that i could make the 32 pin work and which i had but the memory and alarm acting up, has anybody heard of this?

sometimes this happens with devilles with you take out the facotry hu. you lose your chimes and the factory alarm goes weird. did you use a metra harness on the new hu or you splced the old wires on the factory harness
