I installed a clifford 3.3X responder le on a 2008 tacoma(automatic transmission).The alarm works, but it doesn't start from remote.Tach learning went fine, but it just doesn't work.When i press the remote start button, the light next to the "function" button light goes on for a second or two and it beeps(like when it's out of range).

I tried this standing next to the car, i tried it with the key in ignition, and the same.

Could anyone please help me with this thing?I just don't know what else to do, i tried to reset it to factory settings, and the same.Any opinion is appreciated.

You must program the unit for automatic transmissions. It comes factory defaul to Manual transmission.

Menu 3: item 1

Option 1 is Manual transmission - default setting

Option 2 is Automatic Transmission

WHen I got mine installed the blue led on the inside flashed when armed, now it doesn't thanx to my 2 year old and a flashing remote,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,how do I fix this so thet the led will flash again

Anybody have any ideas?
