You will only be able to make the sunroof open OR close but not both with only one PWCM.

ok,i'll guess i'll settle with only close, so i connect the output from the alarm to a relay and the acivation from the PWCM to the relay? how would i connect the rest to the relay? thanks

The PWCM doesn't require a relay between the alarm and the module. You should have a ground, constant power, an activation wire, an accessory wire and 4 other wires for the windows. Attach the trigger from the alarm to the activation wire and the rest is self explanatory. You do not need to hook up the ACCESSORY wire to anything.
