I have an 03 Dodge ran that has factory keyless entry. It also has a panic button on the remote that flashes the lights and blows the horn. My question is, can I tie my alarm into this module to save me some wiring ? I want the alarm to set off the panic function when triggered, and to lock and unlock the doors.

Nope, you will have to start from scratch.

Thanks. Should I remove the keyless entry or just leave it attached ?

an aftermarket alarm system will lock and unlock the doors so no worry there, but to try to install one the way you want is much more work than if you just install the alarm. it will actually do the opposite of save you time.
