flashlogic flcan needs flashing

I should change the title to Flashlogic Insanity. I can't find anyone in Ohio to sell me this unit let alone flash it... I called all of your kind referrals, Code Alarm, Audiovox, and Idatalink. I made a big mistake with Code Alarm. I probably would have had better "Customer service" from India... never again. Thank you all.

If you were close i'd do it for ya! I can't believe Idatalink can't give you the name of a shop near you that carries the product. And there aren't any Carmax's in your area???Mike M2

I ordered a Idatalink cable from ebay on a gamble that it is the same as the Flashlogic (only looks different) - to flash a Audiovox Flashlogic CAN transponder bypass. This has been a fiasco because of the lack of help, expertise and common courtesy by the Audiovox, Code Alarm, and to a lessor degree, Idatalink people. Each and every call was met by rudeness if not total disdain. Each company told me to contact the other without lifting one finger to look just a little bit deeper to help a customer out. For example, I was told by Code Alarm tech support person on one of my three calls, "this is tech support, we can't flash it for you!" In the future I will try to choose brands that are much better supported - if they exist. Never again Code Alarm and Audiovox.
