I need to find a quality kit for my 95 honda accord, any suggestions?

Look for brand name ballast. If they will not tell you who made the ballast, they are probably trying to hide the name. Metra has a line that is pretty decent, but I haven't tried any.

what about mobile hid's? Heamphyst posted something on them, just wondering if anyone has used them?

I have a set of DDM HID lights and they are the best i could find with out spending a fortune and they come with a lifetime warranty on the ballast and the bulbs you can get a 35w or 55w kit i have the 55w kit with 17000k bulbs they are great at night and in daytime i haven't had any problem with them at all so check them out at www.ddmtuning.com.
