viper 5701 rs not working on 02 civic si

First off I'm using the 556U bypass, is that right.

Second with the wiring Everything but RS works. I'm able to do the Remote start sequence. Then I when I try to RS I don't even get the starter noise. The parking light flash 5 time as the error code. Thats brake shut down input active. Well I stayed in the car with my meter on the brake wire and  its not giving 12v. so im stumped.

Do I need to use 2nd acc, or ign?

My detail install below

H1 harness:

• RED / White aux trunk release-nothing
• red 12V constant- wired to power
• Brown Siren - wired to red wire on siren
• WHITE/ Brown (flex parking light relay) - not used
• Violet door - none - don't really know
• Blue trunk - trunk wire off forget which
• Green Door - input (-) got it
• BLACK/ white domelight 200mA - none This I don't need because if the door is unlocked the domelight turns on?Y/N
• WHITE/ Blue remote start activation (-) input - nothing
• White parking light - got it
• Orange ground-when-armed - none

NSS is pluged and in the ON position-

• BLACK/ white - I grounded it
• Violet/white - I used the blue wire next to the battery
• Brown brake for shut down - Igot it
• Gray hood pin - Normally open - did it
• Blue/white 2nd remote start or rear defogger - I wanna use as a rear defogger, Do I need a relay? If not just direct wire to it.

Door locks are set

• blue RS status(-) THIS IS THE ONE I CONNECT TO BLUE ON 556U
• Pink RS ignition (-)
• Violet RS starter(-)
• Orange RS accessories(-)
• Pink/White flex-

H3 harness the power wires. I wired the 4 out of the nine. colors car codes

• 12v - white
• ignition - BLACK / YELLOW
• Starter - BLACK/ white
• accessory BLACK/ red - is second acc needed.(WHITE/ red) I didn't wire it.
