brake system error after remote start

Just did a remote start in a 2007 Silverado classic. Viper 791 with an XK01 taking care of the interface. Everything is functioning fine, but we now get ABS and parking brake lights randomly when starting remotely and with the key. The Error goes away as soon as you put the truck in motion, but something is definitely wrong. I did get the second ignition wire because I know that can cause codes if not connected. Tried DEI tech support and they had never heard of such a thing and the local Chevy dealer is no help at all.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I remember something about trucks with rear ABS needing the second accessory energized if the light comes on. If you haven't already, try connecting both the brown and orange ACC wires along with the two IGN wires...
