If its the manufacturers equiptment you don't.

If its an aftermarket product remove wire by wire when you install the new one. Chances are you'll need to connect the new one to some of the same circuits the old one is tapped into.

Give us a hint as to whats in the car now.

*Installer since '89*

It's the manufacturers, it came with the car brand new back in 1995.  It's a 95 Camaro 3.8l V6.  Oh, and on the remote it has trunk release.  So the keyless entry and trunk release.

What your telling me is... leave it alone?  So how am I to connect over these?  Is there a way of bypassing these?

You don't need to worry about the factory K/E. Put the remotes away and install your new equipment.
Ideal - cmon dude, add to topics in a useful manner, not stuff that is obvious.
Story - Phzzzt! Hey, what happened?! ... Isn't it obvious?
Moral - Never dismiss the obvious.
