You may need to get a 556CW, i'm not sure the 555CW will work on that car.

Every once in a while i will do a RS in Chryslers and the factory alarm will honk the horn one time between the RS coming on and the alarm turning off. My own Sebring does this even and i have been too lazy to fix it :) If it does you will need to connect the disarm wire at the BCM...

Open the car's driver's side window.
Close trunk and all doors, lock with factory remote, leave car alone for at least 30 seconds.
Reach in through the open window, insert key, start car. Then you'll know for sure if the factory alarm automatically disarms or not.
TIP: Even if it has a factory alarm, and you don't want to hook up disarm, just tell the customer they have to hit Unlock, Lock, Lock, Lock to start the car.
They'll never have to know why, but they'll be effectively disarming the factory alarm for you. Since it takes 30 seconds to arm, it'll never get a chance to re-arm before the remote start process begins.

Thanks again Mike M2 and Chris Luongo! Mike M2, could you expand further why this is happening?
Ideal - cmon dude, add to topics in a useful manner, not stuff that is obvious.
Story - Phzzzt! Hey, what happened?! ... Isn't it obvious?
Moral - Never dismiss the obvious.
