There is no radio wiring info on this site nor Audiovox's website for your Econoline. There is a good chance that it shares the same wiring as it's pickup counterpart. If it does not share the same wire colors as above, you could always purchase the 15 dollar harness, then the wires from your new radio will match the harness wires color for color.

Thank you. Funnily enough it had a bit of everything and two black / green ground wires but I have sorted it out now
