You only need to use 4 wires from the passlock 2003.

  • black ----- black OR BLACK/ orange at the passlock 2
  • yellow ---- yellow wire at the passlock 2
  • white ----- ( not required ) as long as ign2 is wired up from AS-1775
  • pink ------ ignition at the ignition switch harness
  • purple --- ( not required )
  • brown --- ( not required )
  • blue ------ Ground while running ( white wire of the 12 wire harness of AS-1775 )
  • green ---- ( not required )

make sure the jumper is set on mode 1, after all the connections are made, start the vehicle with key and then adjust the port till the led turns off. If you keep turning the pot, the led will come on again. The sweet spot will be in between the led starts to turn off.
