The Pioneer issue is not your problem. You said it is barely noticeable. There is a way to permanently get rid of it. That is what the gain adjustment is for.

This is the first I remember hearing about the noise being in only one channel. Is this really your case? Or is it just more noticeable in one channel?

Only one channel cuz wen da rca is disconnected i don't hear but I did turn my gain down plus I ordered new monster cable

I know on my Pioneer AVH-P5700DVD I was getting a whine in my system. I went over my grounds, changed power sources, swapped RCAs and did everything else I could think off. After posting about it someone here suggested a site that basically said to take the jumper wire and ground it to the HU chassis and to the outer shield of the RCA (with the RCA still connected to the HU) and when I did this on mine the whine went away. I had to get out my soilder gun and soilder the jumper wire on the outer shield of the RCA and then crimped a small ring terminal on the other end and grounded it to the HU chassis. My system is crystal clear now. I dont remember the link right now but do a search for alternator whine and I am sure you will fine it.

If it is just a ground loop a PAC ground loop isolator should fix it. It fixed mine and it as simple as just pluging up your RCA's to the PAC. The post above should fix it as well with lower cost but more work.
