I want to install a remote starter for a GMC truck, this truck has alarm and door lock systems . all what i need is to add a remote start function.

is there any kit that i need to buy with the remote starter?

If its the OEM Security system, your factory door locks will not operate while the truck is running...Id recommend getting a decent Remote Start with Keyless Entry, and a good data module (Bypasskits XK01) and it will retain everything through the new system.

I do have OEM security system, so i'll follow your advise and get the bypass and a good remote starter and by the way do you recommand compustar pro? is there other type that works great for gmc trucks?

On these GMT800 series trucks, OEM security still works while the truck is running.

The 2003-2006 GM fullsize trucks have already been discussed literally hundreds of times on this forum.
The Search feature should get you most or all of the information you need.
