ummm, wantofok, there is no such thing as a JL18w7... now, by the rest of your post, I am not sure if you were being sarcastic overall or what, but the inaccuracies of what you said are astounding...first of all I dont think Pyramid ever has or ever will build an amp that could overpower an oldschool JL12w3... when you see a 2000W badge on a Pyramid, that is rated because IF all of the planets and the stars line up in a straight line, hell freezes over, your electrical system surges and feeds it 24V of input, and you happen to instantaneously crank the gains in the amp, the volume knob on the deck, and the wind happens to be travelling at 62.749 miles per hour in a North/Northwest direction, that amp will possibly see close to this number for about 1/1500th of a second before it snaps crackles and pops in a big poof of smoke, leaving you with a molten mass of Pyramid... the best amp listed there is the JBL bp600.1...Lanzar is OK, and they will do close to the power they claim, but I dont think they are near as reliable as the JBL...

I thought you were, but sarcasm is often so hard to convey in text, as opposed to actually hearing... I stand behind my theory, as funny as it seems, I do believe that I am pretty close on that one...I may have been off just a wee bit in the wind speed, but we are talking fractions of a mph, so I think we are OK there...
