because with factory keyless, those trucks are not 5-wire RAG. they are negative trigger. the ones that do not come with factory keyless are 5-wire.

ok - I'm not an electrical genius here - I have factory keyless - so the 5-wire is NOT what I need???  I'm totally lost as what to do? Am I supposed to hook both the blue and green wires to the same wire in the truck (WHITE/ red???) - I'm still not understanding how I can get the locks to work, but not unlock.. This unit was pulled from my previous 2005 Superduty diesel and they didn't use any relays or anything to get the locks to work, so I assume nothings has changed from 2005 to 2006??

Someone please tell me what to do step by step - This things is driving me nuts and has been down now for 2 days..

well you have negative trigger locks according to ckeeler, who i'm sure is reliable, so you have to find the negative trigger unlock wire, just a question before any further advice, do you have a rocker switch on the driver door.
