Minimum operating impedance = 1 ohm or 2 ohm.  Exaclty how did you wire 12 4 ohm voice coils to achieve a 1.66 ohm load?   I can see 1,33 5,3 or 3 ohms.

it said it was stable down to one ohm, the subs are wired by one vc connected pos to neg all six are like this so therefore, i wired pos to pos six times and then neg to neg six times

You need to run  series/ parallel. wire each sub to an 8 ohm load. The 2 VC per sub in series. Then run all the sub together in parallel to the amp. This will yield you a 1.33 ohm load. This is the lowest safe operating load for your amp using all coils.

Lets hope so. He said he has pos and neg of one VC together. They need to be crossed from one coil to the other. and the remaining pos and neg from each coil go to the amp. I know you know this i am an idiot. With him asking a picture is worth a thousand words. In this case maybe even more :)

well is it 1.66 or 1.33? cuz on the calculator on this web site it said it was 1.66 ohms. This  works just fine but the amp is only half way up. I was told i need to wire them in paraell to be able to turn the amp up? Dont get me wrong its super loud now but i know the amp has more butt behind it.
