I live in Wasilla so I have to drive an hour to most big stores in Anchorage. Been here since late 05, drove up from Augusta, Georgia. I see that Valet 712t on ebay for around same price as other (260377460219). That will control my 2 wire door lock actuators with no other needed parts?

Got the valet 712t installed and it works great. Thanks for all of your help.
