Hey guys I was just wondering if the new SI Mag D2 V4's are any good? I know the older models are good but haven't heard much about the new ones. I was going to buy a couple unless you have better suggestions.. Thanks!

These new ones are pure SQ subs designed for sealed enclosures only. If you want a high quality sound quality driver this is a very good choice.
If you like to run kilowatts of power and want high output these are not for you.

Well these are what I want then. Any suggestions on an amp or amps to power them?

The JL amps are really nice, but I'd go with an Alpine PDX.
Looking at the specs for the drivers, the 1.600 would be a fantastic choice, but I'm an "overkill is a good place to start" kind of guy... I'd go right to the 1.1000. Get those extra (almost) 3dB! stereo integrity mag d2 v4's -- posted image.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
