What should my "EQ Q" and "EQ Freq." ranges: Q=.5-4.0 Freq.30Hz-80Hz,
hi pass should be down all the way and lo pass should be around 80 for my subs i think
And i have this Input Sensitivity switch, and its 1x10(1v-10v)i'm assuming, so when you press it it's obviously way louder but i've never had it on, it's loud enough as it is. So since it's not on it makes me think i'm not really pushing 1500watts because i know for a fact if that's turned on it sends more power, watts.
This next part is directly off my amp box,
Power output: 1,500 watts RMS x 1 Bridged at 2 ohms and <1% THD+N
i don't know what that last part is.
Thanks for any help!
that sensitivity switch wont give you more power from the amp. if it is very miss matched with your true input voltage it can cause problems.
the "EQ frequency" switch goes along with the bass boost and it sets the center frequency at which the bass will be boosted when you turn up the bass boost
the "EQ Q" changes the effected frequency range of the bass boost above and below what you have the EQ frequency set at. if you turn it up it affects more frequencies, if you turn it down it affects less frequencies.
