is this okay for my subs?

that sensitivity switch wont give you more power from the amp. if it is very miss matched with your true input voltage it can cause problems. the "EQ frequency" switch goes along with the bass boost and it sets the center frequency at which the bass will be boosted when you turn up the bass boost the "EQ Q" changes the effected frequency range of the bass boost above and below what you have the EQ frequency set at. if you turn it up it affects more frequencies, if you turn it down it affects less frequencies.
