I notice that there are two wires for the door trigger. One for the + and one for -. Do I need to connect them both? So far I just connect the green wire to the All Door trigger. I connect the others to what you suggested already.

Now I connect the connector to the brain and the alarm just went off. I found a door trigger wire that when door is open, it shows 0v and when I close the door, it shows 12v. Is that the wire I need for the door trigger?

yes that's the wire, the purple wire is not needed in your case, make sure that the wire is seeing all doors

What if two doors are missing and I unplugged the harness that trigger open door? Will that set the alarm off when the connector to the brain is plugged?

if two doors are missing you have the wrong wire, and no disconnecting the door wire jack won't cause the alarm to trigger.

What's next after I finish connecting the wires you mention? FYI I didn't use the blue wire from H1 for which you said it goes to the trunk trigger.

let's do the power locks, the three pin connector, there is a blue and a green wire in this harness, the lock in your car are negative trigger so these two wires connect directly to the vehicle's factory relays, at the fusebox there are two connectors on the right hand side of the box (this is according to right hand specs lancers, i'm from the caribbean) so it may differ accordingly, your suspect wires are in the bottom plug, the wires are WHITE/ black and RED / yellow. test and connect.
