2002 Chrysler Concorde

       I recently installed a remote starter system into a 2002 Chrysler Concorde.  UIf the vehicle sits for approximately 30 seconds with the factory security turned ON, then, when I remote start the vehicle, the horn gives about a 1.5-2 second blast.  I have consulted numerous wiring guides, and they tell me that the wire for the factory disarm, is     lt. grn. /org.     it appears that this wire has a very slight negative trigger on it.  I would appreciate any information on this..... whether it is the right wire, or whether something has to be done differently....... thx.

The disarm is 12volts +  thru a 900 ohm resistor on that wire.Joe O'Byrne

Find the ORANGE / green wire at the BCM; it's a positive trigger, and tests by turing the key in the driver's door. One positive pulse through an 1870-ohm resistor locks the doors and arms the alarms. One positive pulse through a 660-ohm resistor disarms the alarm, and turns on the factory domelight supervision (as long as the motor isn't running). Two positive pulses through a 660-ohm resistor disarms the alarm, turns on the domelight, and unlocks all the doors. Also, a straight positive trigger (with no resistor) will also disarm the alarm and turn the domelight on.
