the "frequency response" of the woofer will not tell you how low it will play.
it will play down to 1Hz if you want.
A t-line will lower power handling but plays low...very low.
Down the Radiation CD from the PWK Designs website and play the tones...test what frequency the bass drops off at.

Oh I have done that. The track where it counts down the freqs, It stopped just after they said 30. I had to get out of the car, no cd I have goes that low. The dash was vibrating so hard I thought the airbags were going to deploy. I didn't hear anyting until about 60, but I have the HU LP set to 63. Do I use the track of continuous bass to set my gain on the sub amp? I thought to start adjusting until it distorts then back off just under that point. I have read the thread for setting gains numerous times but want to be sure I am not missing something.
