does anyone know how to get the underdash off the drver side

If it's like the Euro models, you have to dis assemble (is that a word?) the airbag cover with all the troubles associated. I took off the steering cowl if I had to get to the ignition wires it was easier.

There is not much that you CAN remove from the under side of that car... just pull...

The area to 'work" is a tight squeeze! But it's a Toyota, it's laid out smart!

Under the column, and in the kick, thats all you need.

Remove the lower steering collum shroud for access.

As I said, 3 screws for the steering cowl, DKP and that's it, everything else, alarm CPU, etc behind radio, heater area, it all pulls off, the rest is glovebox and edge strip removal.

well it was taken care of befor i got a response but i was installing a python991 and the brain as huge and i really was having issues hidein it under the dash
