First of all thanks to all who gave their input. Thanks!!
I finally finished the install over the Labor day weekend. Installed Head unit (GPS/DVD/etc), Sub-woofer with custom enclosure, Mono Amplifier and Back up camera
Here are some of the Pic's. 
Kenwood DNX5140 Head Unit
Bypass Switches installed -
The left one bypasses the ground for the DVD playback. (Should not be used while driving)
The right one allows the back up camera to work when reverse is not engaged
Picture of the custom enclosure for the 12" Cerwin Vega V-Max 12.2 powered by a Kenwood KAC-8140D mounted under rear seat.
