That's where your DMM comes in handy.

Beg your pardon, What is DMM? Anyway, does anyone have the pinout? Or a schematic I can look at?

If you don't know what a DMM is don't attempt it.

So i wanted to add to my alarm automatic rollup and rolldown using two aux channels.  (My alarm has 4-5 or so aux channels).

Problem is, i'm not quite getting it how the window controls work. What is (AC) polarity mean? Alternating Current?

Thanks in advance!

First, it's extremely rude to jump in on some one else's thread, do you even own a Mazda?
Second, I've sworn never to answer a post beginning with "So I".
Third, AC????.
Start your own post, list the vehicle, R/S used and window closer you've chosen and we will try to advise you.

1. I thought this was the remote starter wiring thread for mazda 3. I am installing a remote starter with alarm on my 2010 mazdaspeed 3.

2. If you don't like it dont answer it, you dont have to be rude for me asking a question. My car's taken apart in a garage right now and i cant put it back together until i finish this wiring, and i need the car on Monday.

3. AC comes from the previous page where it's saying that the polarity on the window wiring is (AC).  (But if you would have actually read the previous page thread you would know.)

wireaudio since you insist on crashing some one else post off topic, AC is technically incorrect. They aren't AC they simply reverse polarity.
The wires listed in a type A set up (which is the set up for about 90% of window switches) simply as an example, the WHITE/ black and WHITE/ green sit on ground at rest. When the switch is moved to the up position WHITE/ black becomes 12v+ and WHITE/ green stays at ground.
Your window lifters well cut in at these points.
