so if i wanted to put a plexy glass window on the back of an enclosure to show off the subs what size plexy can you use? like thickness and the length x width sizes
hmmm...thinking is always good...but question are better

Thick enough not to flex under the pressure of the subs if its going to be incorporated as part of the box.

I would use at least 3/4". You don't want to use too large of a piece or the plexiglass will flex. As long as the piece is not very large it would be fine with 3/4".
3/4" plexi is really expensive so you won't want to make the window too large anyways.
