OK, what im wanting to do, is sent the power wire threw a digital distribution block, and then have one power wire go to the amp, and the other go to the CAP, is this possible, or do i have to run the cap before the distribution block?

You can do it before of after the block doesn’t really matter just keep the cap within 18" of the amp.

Assuming you're running multiple amps, if you put it before the distribution block, the cap power will be disbursed to all the amps.
I would put the cap after the distribution block, and before the bass amp. Caps charge a lot faster than regular car batteries, therefore relieving stress to the system during hard hitting bass notes.
Basiscally what you need to have is a short piece of wire from the distribution block to the cap, and another short piece of wire from the cap to the bass amp.
Hope this helps.
