They are positive trigger, have you tested both wires at the driver kick panel?

No only tested one which had 12 volts and went to zero for just a second when i lock/unlock them.

well, there is your answer, you have to test again, the wires must pulse twelve with the moving of the rocker switch, they should be light gauge wires so you can differentiate between the trigger and motor wires!
