01 crv with clifford matrix rs iii issue

I had left the car at the shop to be serviced. Check engine light was on and a valve adjustment cleared it. Next the car was tinted at another shop, doors open and windows constantly going up and down during window tinting. I had left the car unlocked so that the shop guys can just lock the car manually while I had the transmitter. All is done, my transmitter is communicating properly with the car. All functions are normal, lock-unlock-trunk release-remote start. But the icons does not correspond with the function. I press lock and the car locks but the icon doesn't change to the lock symbol. Transmitter beeps as if it didn't receive the command. All other functions work except the transmitter doesn't confirm with appropriate beeps and icons. This has never happened before. Is there something brewing with the system?Tony G

Look o the remote, there should be a small number icon, 1, 2, 3, 4, the remote should be on one, if it is, try diconnecting the antenna, and remove the battery from the remote, leave for a few mins and the try again!
