2000 nissan maxima viper 560xv

I am trying to install a Viper 560XV and use the horn instead of the siren. The siren output on the alarm is + and the horn wire is - how do I wire a relay up for this thanks. Car is a 2000 Nissan Maxima

Viper output to relay 86, ground to 30 and 85, car's horn output from 87. I don't know this unit but isn't there a secondary low current NEG horn output which you can programme to either constant or on-off alternating specifically for this function, hence if you connect at steering column, no need for a relay.

Just checked, plug H4, brown, low curent neg horn output, RTFM

i think the 560xv has a constant 12v+ output for the siren wire. that won't work because you need a pulse output for horn and not constant. i guess you can do that by not using the siren wire but use the parking wire off the 560xv
