Customer has a AstroStart with the Model number of BBW.
Need to find him a new remote (old one is completely gone)
Can anyone give me a model name or part number? Please.

Could be a 2205 or a 4204. Also what antenna he has will determine what frequency of transmitter you need.

Can you describe the antenna to me ? Is it a thin copper wire and the body of the antenna is attached with velcro on two small circular pads ?

No, it is a black box with a antenna "finger" our the bottom. It looks similar to the DEI 2way antennas.

its a 2205, or 4204. 2 way. Either trasmitter will work.

The 2205 is an LED indicater, and the 4204 is an LCD screen type.
