Hi, I am installing the (2way) remote start for 02 chervolet venture. I got everything to work except the lock and unlock. I keep having CONSTANT (-) OUTPUT (not Pulse) for lock and unlock wire (Prostart ct-3471 tw). I already try to reset it, but it still the same problems. Now I can not use the lock and unlock and can not disarm the factory alarm. Is there any way to get around this?. Thanks

2 things here, you've either wired something wrong, unlikely if it's a 2 wire lock output, possible if 6 wire (relay driven). 2nd possibility is that it's a faulty unit.

No, it has only one wire for lock and one wire for unlock. I have wired the lock wire ( brown wire from rs )to RED / black of the vehicle (02 chervolet venture) and it worked at first try and after it does not. Then I test the lock wire of rs. I noticed , it has constant ground output. I do not know if I did something wrong or is it faulty unit.?
