I have two question installing these modules in a 199 jeep grand.  The 4555j has a blue-black wire (input from remote start)  I want to hook it up to H2/4 GREEN/ black (factory disarm ) on the dei brain?

Second on the 555C it needs a (-) signal to power it up.  I have many (-) on the brain which one to use? I have (-) status output, (-) accessory relay trigger, (-) starter relay trigger, (-) ing relay trigger, (-) factory disarm, probally others I missed when reading as well.

The unit is a 591xv.

Thank you

You need to connect the blue negative wire from the 555C and the blue/black wire from the 455J and connect both to the blue status wire on the 591. No diodes needed, simply connect all 3 together.
