when i go to restart the car using the remote start. It will not start unless i have key in the ignition and clutch pressed in. I think we have the clutch issue with the other switch and now i think we ave the issue with the sense sense wire not connected. ....... doesn't know to send the rf signal don't think it's in remote start mode......

need to be connected to the remote starter.

Yeah, try connecting the viper blue wire(pin 5 of the remote start aux output harness) to the PKALL blue/white wire. This assumes the PKALL can control key sense via the B-can (D2D). If not, then you should be able to accomplish the same thing by connecting pin 5 to the Mazda key sense wire (WHITE/ blue) in the ignition switch harness.

ok so i hooked the sense wire up to the pkall and that fixed the key in the ignition problem. I also bypassed the clutch at the correct switch and that fixed the clutch issue. Now however the manual trans mode does not seem to be working correctly. If I have the e-brake on the car will start no matter what. If the e-brake is off than the car will not start and i get a manual trans error as edscribed in the book. The foot brake does shut the car down but it does not reset the manual trans mode and produce an error if trying to start after pressed and opening the door does not reset the trans mode as described in the book but is wired correctly. The door being open does produce an alarm on the alarm portion of the unit if opened. I also have yet to hook up the keysense wire to either the pkall or the viper. This does need to be done as the factory alarm will go off if the doors were locked with the factory fob. Any ideas as to why the manual trans mode does not reset as described in the manual? I do want this to be correct and safe.
