Use auxillary channels and connect them to the lock and unlock triggers respectively, diode both outputs aux and lock and aux and unlock, bands facing towards the alarm!

you might have to use a relay to increase the current. i had to use relays for my comfort closure to work.

You shouldn't need relays, key word shouldn't (haha). 

The comfort closure wouldn't be a safety concern as on the Nissans the anti pinch system is still active (unlike the Hondas).  It could be a security concern though if you leave the area of the vehicle before the 30 second time out. 

You're best is to use the AUX channels like mentioned above and  then you'll have absolute control.
