You will need to hook them up manually. Luckily it is located at the BCM (both positive and negative IIRC which Compustar offers both options) which is VERY easy to get to.
I always wire the brown 2nd accessory on Chevy's, which would require an extra relay. If you choose not to, check to make sure everything you want powered is working when remote started (ie. AC/heater).

One other thing. If you aren't able to learn tach, you may have to change program option 2-4 to "2". IIRC the 5200 brain didn't come with tach sense as default. You will also probably have to turn on double pulse unlock.

Just wanted to chime back in and let you guys know the install went well.  I went ahead and wired up a second relay to handle the 2nd accessory just in case.  Thanks for all the help!
