My tach signal is sent from the ecu to the combination meter which is powered by Ignition 2. When using the key to start the combinaion meter is on and the tach is working. When using the remote starter the combination meter does not turn on and the tach signal is not sent to the remote starter. How do I make it so that the combination meter or IGN 2 is on while cranking?how to properly include ignition 2? - Last Post -- posted image.

There should be an ignition 2 output of your alarm.  Hook that high current output up to your IGN2 wire.

Most remote starts have (-)ignition output that would require a relay to change negative to positive.

Thanks for the input. Turns out the remote starter unit has a programmable output. The default setting was "Accessory" changed that to "Ignition" and voila.
