I am having issues programming the 4113l to set the run time for 24 min or 60 min.....customer coming back ...I think i followed the instructions correctly, but i may be wrong...it states to turn ignition on then off and within 10 seconds press the valet button number of times for programming features then press again and hold. after a second, the LED will flash to indicate which feature you have accessed (I assume the LED is the remote led because this system doesnt require an external LED. ...I did that but no flash led or anything...can anyone shine some light thanks

When you say remote led are you talking about the led on the keypad? Typically the LED is mounted to the "brain".

With the systems i'm accustomed to from the avital line, before accesing the feature, you have to access the menu! Which goes like this, Open a dooor (green or violet wire must be connected), turn ignition on then off (ignition wire must be connected), press and hold valet switch (must be plugged in) until you hear one chirp (siren must be connected), This chirp indicated access to menu 1!

Now let's say you wanted to go to a feature that's in menu three! Just keep holding the valet button until you hear three chirps! Now you're in that third menu, let's say you want to access feature four of  that third meu, then you press and release the valet button five times and hold on the fifth press, the siren should chirp four times indicating access, then all you have to do is use the remotes and toggle through the settings accordingly! The above paragraph is just hypothetical ok! Just so you get the idea!
