I personally leave my hid's on 24/7 just to avoid this problem.

I can vouch that they never should be turned on or off.viper 5301 flashes hids, make it stop - Page 2 -- posted image.

I would imagine that you shouldn't start your car either as the lights probably blink on and off then too.

This reminds me of the older viper systems I have put in for 10 plus years and customers are all concerned for there lights because there flashing.

Funny how I have never had to replace a single bulb in any car I have owned.

Simply do away with dlpk and install a 556uw universal key transpoder
