Sometimes it's better to not get hired if you ask me. Usually if someone is a jerk during the interview, you have to ask yourself if you're willing to see this person every day.

The best shops I've worked for had a chemistry between all the employees. If the vibe isn't there, it just isn't there. Just move on and keep working your angles.
