Hi guys..

I got 2 kicker l5 12" 4 ohm  dual voice coil subs.. there in a small compact box.. (have to make it work right now till i get a better sub set up)

I have this amp to run subs..

I dont want to over power subs and blow them..  whats the best way too hook these up....

Sence there in such a small box should i mount them with magnets faceing out..

BTY all this is in a 97 tahoe 2 door..

Wire the speakers as follows and bridge them on the amp.  To bridge that amp, you connect the positive speaker wire to the Left positive speaker terminal of the amp, and connect the negative speaker wire to the Right negative terminal of the amp.

Option 2 (series/parallel) = 4 ohm load
Voice coils wired in series, speakers wired in parallel
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 4, 2, or 1 ohm mono

So this would be running  1x2000   ????      Wouldnt that be too much for l5 12s?

I can never have too much power.  You posted the power handling of your speakers just before I posted that.  Your other option would be to wire the voice coils in series making each woofer an 8 ohm driver and connecting one woofer to each channel of the amp.
