I have looked everywhere for the steps to take the dash off so I can install the audio system but I can't find where to start. I can get the bezel to start to come off but it is very stiff and I'm afraid I'm going to break it. Do I need to take the glove box off and work my way over?

Begin by applying the parking brake. Turn the ignition switch

to the accessory position and shift the transmission into the neutral

position. Insert the hook tool behind the left rear corner of the bezel

that surrounds the shifter. This bezel also has the ashtray integrated into

it. Pull upward to release one (1) clip. Insert the hook tool behind the

right lower corner of the bezel and pull upward to release one (1) more

clip. Grasp bezel and pull upward and towards rear of the vehicle simultaneously

to release two (2) more clips located on the left and right sides

of bezel. When the bezel is loose, let it rest just in front of the center

armrest. NOTE: There is no need to remove the shifter knob.
