Hi, today I am doing an alarm in a 2007 Chevy HHR. Does anyone know if there is a specific resistance value to only unlock the drivers door? Customer wants driver door to unlock on first button press and all doors on second. Seems doable if I can figure out how to interface with the Passlock.
If that does not work out I may need to interface directly to the door lock motor.
Any helpful hints?

I would use an iDatalink ADS DL bypass module flashed with the ADS DL GM2 firmware.  It will do priority door unlocks and the Passlock II among other things.  Save you from running wires into the door.  Don't see any info in the wire listings from AudioVox or Bulldog about drivers door unlock only.
Soldering is fun!

I would think that it could be done without the module.

Not sure if it can be done with a resistor.
Driver side priority is handled by the data bus.
Use a relay to on the tan motor wire for driver door unlock.

All circuits should be verified with a digital multi-meter prior to making any connections.
