When you did what I suggested, did you hear the noise when you disconnected the wire?  Did you hear the noise when you reconnected the wire?  Please answer both questions.

when i disconnected the wire i didnt hear nothing..and the same goes to reconnecting the wire....u wouldnt hear the screem when the wire is connected to the deck because the screem only happens when i switch on and off the system...the only way i can solve this situation, is if i connect the remote wire on the amp, straight to the battery, but when am switching off the unit, i must take out the remote wire off the (+) pole, to prevent the screem.

Your amp is not the cause of this problem.  The problem has to be the fact that the amp is turning on before the radio settles down.  And it is not turning off immediately at radio shut down.  Every decent amp out there has a turn on delay to avoid problems like the one you are having.  You can install a switch on the remote wire that you can trurn on after the radio powers up, and then turn the switch off before you turn the radio off.

Did you connect the remote wire of the amp to the Red wire of the radio or to the radio's blue/white wire?
